Travellers move from Alan Higgs leisure centre to new location

A group of travellers has moved from a leisure centre in south-east Coventry.

Earlier this week the Alan Higgs Leisure Centre had to close temporarily because a group of ten caravans were illegally parked in the vicinity.

But now the group is understood to have moved to Copsewood Sports Ground.

Twitter user Mike Barrett said he had driven past the travellers in their new location today (Friday 21st).

It is believed the travellers could be here for the Kenilworth Horse Fair, which takes place at the end of the month.
