Some NatWest customers have reported problems using online and mobile banking today.
Several have claimed money is “disappearing” when they try to transfer it, causing frustration on the final Friday of the month (which is payday for many).

“We are aware that some customers are currently experiencing issues with our mobile app and online banking running slowly,” NatWest said in a statement.
“Some customers are also seeing issues completing transfers on accounts. We are working hard to resolve this and apologise for the inconvenience caused.”
