A 20-year-old man has spoken to West Midlands Police after images of an alleged racist attack circulated on social media.

The man voluntarily turned up to talk to police regarding the incident outside the Skydome Arena, which took place last December.

During the assault, the 34-year-old woman victim suffered a fractured cheekbone and broken nose.

She confronted the man, part of a group of three, after he allegedly shouted a racial slur at her.
