Bayley Lane Kitchen is a much applauded haunt, tucked away in the Hidden Courtyard, way away from the hustle and bustle of the centre.  The guys are famed for their elegant food, so customers will be happy to know they have re-vamped their menu with a host of even more sophisticated starters, suppers and sweets, certain to impress.

Highlights are:


Falafel Bon Bons – lemon and coriander hummus, pickled cabbage, dusted with sesame seeds.

Duck Yuk Sung – shredded confit of duck coated in oriental herbs and spices. Served with a bowl of fresh cos lettuce to load with filling.

Butcher’s Sausage Trio – pork & apple, pork & black pudding and pork & caramelised onion sausages,  chimchurri sauce, with slices of tiger bread.


Deluxe Caesar Salad – chargrilled chicken breast, poached egg and parmesan shavings, complete with serrano ham strips, cos lettuce, croutons and a creamy Caesar dressing.

Pulled Brisket Burger – a prime beef patty, loaded with pulled brisket and red cabbage slaw. Horseradish mayo adds an extra bite.

Lime and Tomato, Coriander Salmon – pan fried salmon on a bed of curried cauliflower puree, glazed new potatoes and seasonal veg.

Their new lunch menu features some of these aforementioned delights, a selection of open sandwiches packed with generous fillings, and more, for just £6.95 from 12pm-3pm Mondays through to Friday.
