All three of Coventry’s MPs are set to stand again in the election

Coventry’s three sitting MPs have confirmed they will be standing again in June’s snap general election.

Speculation was rife that Jim Cunningham, who represents Coventry South, might stand down. However, he will be running again.

Colleen Fletcher, MP for Coventry North East, and Geoffrey Robinson, for Coventry North West, will both also stand.

All three MPs are from the Labour Party. The election will take place on June 8th.

MPs who lose their seats are eligible for a resettlement payment, which could be up to around £33,000.
